The Client: the core processing IT division of a global leader in financial services.
The Approach: the challenge was to help source a number of IT business analyst and project management candidates for permanent opportunities in London and the Southern Coast of England. It had been particularly challenging identifying candidates that were willing and able to relocate to the South Coast.
Our approach involved researching information around schools and housing on our candidates' behalf, and we found this to be a significant influencer in their decision to reolocate. We managed salary expectations and helped our candidates consider the positive lifestyle changes of making such a career move.
The Outcome: by taking a proactive approach we successfully placed 14 candidates, accounting for almost 40% of external hires made.
