Our client a leading global PR agency is looking for an experienced senior level PR professional with experience covering financial services sector to join the PR team.

You will play a key role in managing PR activity for financial services clients on proactive campaigns and reactive issues/ crises. The role will involve working on all aspects of PR with institutional clients. You will be expected to bring new and fresh ideas to the business and you will sit on the management team and be part of the strategic conversation.


  • Lead your team, collaborating with other senior managers, to deliver media results for clients
  • Use personal media contacts to secure effective media results
  • Motivate and mentor junior staff to work effectively with journalists
  • Participate in and conduct media training sessions and media interviews
  • Write and develop strategic, persuasive, client documents, senior level editorial assignments and presentations
  • Provide strategic counsel where appropriate
  • Motivate the team and your direct reports to ensure the quality of your and the team's direct work



Experience required

  • Current PR / Media Relations experience in a PR agency focusing on financial services.
  • Experience in both proactive and reactive media relations
  • Ideally will have experience in B2B media relations
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong programme management skills (e.g. account management, profitability, workflow management)
  • Strong experience developing strategy and executing day to day tactics

    Our Client, a technology-based financial services company, are looking for an Associate Counsel to join them in their London office.

    They are looking for a solid Commercial lawyer with Financial Services experience and the role will be focussing on drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts.

    The candidate needs to be a hardworking indivdual who is able to be very responsive and reactive about what comes across the desk, as it might not be the things that they have worked on in private practice due to the diverse nature of the business.

    They are searching for both a permanent position, and a 3-month contract of the same role so this is all dependent on the candidate’s preference. The permanent position can offer up to £95,000 per annum and the contract around £600 per day.


    • UK qualified solicitor of a minimum of 5 years PQE.
    • Vast commercial law experience
    • Skilled with drafting and negotiating of contracts
    • In-house Financial services experience is desirable, also technology or fintech.

    Our client is a multinational organization who would like to add a data privacy/information security expert from a payments/cloud service provider background to assist with designing and delivering governance and policy recommendations to the business. You must speak Mandarin.

    Role & responsibility

    • Researching, analysing and applying not only privacy policies, but infoSec and all related regulations, law, and standards. Providing gaps analysis, data protection advice, Information Security and Privacy issues for products and services.
    • Study trend of market regulation, law, and industry standards within EMEA market
    • Design the compliance strategy for EMEA
    • Understand new product feature and advice the risk of compliance.
    • Assist internal audit team to prepare external audit
    • Assist BD/CA team to face Customer audit/compliance questionnaires.

    Knowledge, skill and qualification:

    • Minimum 5 yrs experience in privacy protection, esp for ICT or internet service provider.
    • Minimum 10 yrs experience of information security governance.
    • Tertiary qualification, preferably IT at a post-graduate level
    • Professional certification in information security CIPP, CISA, PCI QSA preferred
    • Proven knowledge of risk and information security management standards, framework and methodologies, such as SoC, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, CSA and SoC
    • Proven and strong capability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts effectively to business at all levels
